Additional required documentation must be emailed to cycleforhoperide@gmail.com:

  • Temporary Food Facility Operator's Agreement Form (Food Vendors Only)

  • Seller’s Permit

  • Temecula Business License (the cost of the business license is $36)

  • Liability Insurance – Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 million dollars.

  • Copy of State Board of Equalization Seller’s Permit (for more information call (909) 680-6400)

You will also be required to download and the sign the following after your acceptance (forms to be provided):

Liability:

As a condition of being a vendor, you and/or your company agree to release and hold Bike Temecula Valley, Community Mission of Hope and their employees/volunteers harmless from all claims related to or arising from you and/or your company’s attendance at the Cycle For Hope event. Bike Temecula Valley and Community Mission of Hope are not responsible for any theft, loss damages and/or injuries incurred at the market. Vendors are solely responsible for their booths, merchandise and personal property.

Marketing Permission:

Vendors agree to permit Bike Temecula Valley and Community Mission of Hope to use the exhibitor’s name, logo, product description and photographs for promotional materials and marketing purposes such as and not limited to the Bike Temecula Valley and Cycle For Hope websites, social media pages, press releases and other media.
