Temecula Business License (the cost of the business license is $36)
Liability Insurance – Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 million dollars.

You will also be required to download and the sign the following after your acceptance (forms to be provided here):

Vendor Agreement: AGREEMENT

Liability:

As a condition of being a vendor, you and/or your company agree to release and hold Bike Temecula Valley, and their employees/volunteers harmless from all claims related to or arising from you and/or your company’s attendance at the Ride The Vines event. Bike Temecula Valley is not responsible for any theft, loss damages and/or injuries incurred at the market. Vendors are solely responsible for their booths, merchandise and personal property.

Marketing Permission:

Vendors agree to permit Bike Temecula Valley to use the exhibitor’s name, logo, product description and photographs for promotional materials and marketing purposes such as and not limited to the Bike Temecula Valley and Ride The Vines websites, social media pages, press releases and other media.
